Senior Deployment Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed plans for each recognition deployment, covering milestones, staffing, schedules, and a risk register.
• Own the technical side of each project from kickoff to go-live, setting system specifications and keeping the architecture sound.
• Write scopes of work for third-party integrators, track timelines and budgets, and audit sites against quality standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, set their expectations, and explain technical decisions in plain terms.
• Work with the Support group to run technical delivery and hand off fully deployed environments in an orderly way.
• Spot recurring problems in deployment processes and propose fixes that cut administrative work for technical teams.
• Define quality gates for project milestones and confirm the system does what the agreed scope requires.

Requirements

• You will lead technical design and project management for non-parking launches in the Recognition portfolio, running high-stakes deployments from planning through go-live handoff.
• You will build scalable processes and operating plans that reduce risk, oversee complex architectures, and keep delivery quality consistent.
• You have 10+ years of technical project management, ideally leading complex infrastructure or security deployments.
• You have hands-on experience with large field rollouts and supporting distributed hardware in operation.
• You know enterprise IP video cameras and systems such as Axis, Avigilon, and Genetec.
• You have advanced skills in risk mitigation, stakeholder management, budgeting, and communication.
• You solve a wide range of problems creatively and can work with a high degree of autonomy.
• You are comfortable using AI tools.
• You turn complex customer requirements into scalable technical designs and standardized deployment architectures.
• You can support regional business development and close coverage gaps.
• You have worked at a high-growth or technology-driven company.
• You are familiar with software-centric computer vision solutions.
• Languages and frameworks: TypeScript, React, Scala (mainly), Java (limited).
• Datastores: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Snowflake.
• Cloud: AWS.
• Version control: Git and GitHub.
• AI tooling: Copilot on GitHub.
• Observability: Datadog.

Conditions

This role is onsite.

The anticipated base salary is $100,000.00 USD to $175,000.00 USD per year.

The actual offer depends on your qualifications, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, education, certifications or licenses, and where you live or work.
