Description

The company is building a unified creative strategy and is looking for a senior creative director for art to set the visual direction for large integrated Above-The-Line (ATL) campaigns.

The role balances fast delivery and scaled output with protecting the brand and keeping creative quality high, using in-house production and cross-functional teamwork.

You will also champion agentic workflows and generative AI across the creative pipeline, from quick visual prototyping and brainstorming to automated content iteration, to reduce operational friction and production bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the visual development of full-funnel integrated campaigns so every touchpoint, from broadcast to social-first work, follows one clear, high-impact brand strategy.
  • Drive the adoption of agentic AI in the creative pipeline, moving the team's focus from manual execution to high-level concepting and rapid visual prototyping.
  • Build and refine in-house production frameworks so the company depends less on agencies and can deliver top-quality assets faster and more flexibly.
  • Work as a strategic link between business units and brand teams, removing silos so visual and verbal messaging stays consistent across the company.
  • Mentor the team in traditional craft and new technology, encouraging ongoing experimentation and shared curiosity.
  • Turn consumer insights and performance data into strong visual stories that reflect the cultural moment and are built to produce measurable results.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Ten or more years of relevant experience, gained through work, military service, specialized training, or a combination of these.
  • Experience at top-tier advertising agencies or world-class in-house creative teams, with a strong, award-winning portfolio of ATL and integrated work.
  • Extensive experience leading high-budget commercial shoots and lifestyle photography, and working closely with leading directors and production houses.
  • Even better if you have: proven experience delivering high-stakes creative for a Fortune 100 brand, moving with a startup's speed inside a large enterprise.
  • Even better if you have: a strong, uncompromising interest in typography, design, photography, cinematography and motion graphics, including an understanding of why work succeeds visually.
  • Even better if you have: a collaborative, low-ego approach and a real commitment to developing your team.
  • You can still apply if you do not meet every 'even better' item.

Conditions

This is a hybrid role with a defined work location that includes working from home and at least three days per week in the office, set by your manager.

You are responsible for following the company's hybrid work policies.

Scheduled hours are 40 per week.

Pay varies by location and by confirmed job-related skills and experience, and the role is incentive based with potential to earn more.

For the New York location on a full-time schedule, the annual salary range is $125,500.00 to $219,000.00.

For part-time roles, pay is adjusted to match your hours.

Benefits

  • Health and wellness options include medical, dental and vision coverage, short and long term disability, basic and supplemental life insurance, AD&D insurance, identity theft protection, pet insurance, and group home and auto insurance.
  • A matched 401(k) savings plan.
  • Up to 8 company-paid holidays per year and up to 6 personal days per year.
  • Paid parental leave, adoption assistance and tuition assistance, plus additional incentives and a total rewards package.
  • Depending on the role, you may be eligible for premium pay such as overtime, shift differential, holiday pay and allowances.
  • Newly hired employees receive up to 15 days of vacation per year, increasing with additional service.
  • Part-time coverage varies, as you may qualify for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances.
