  • Identify building services risks and lead mitigation.
  • Coordinate with construction, cost management, scheduling and commissioning teams.
  • Oversee installation progress and provide oversight during construction, testing, commissioning and startup.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, sustainability objectives and client requirements.
  • Prepare and present status reports, technical updates and executive summaries to clients and stakeholders.
  • Support project governance, change management, issue resolution and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain client relationships and spot opportunities for additional services.
  • Mentor junior team members and encourage continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years managing MEP, building services or technical delivery on large capital construction projects.

  • Strong grasp of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection and building systems design and construction.
  • Experience managing multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of commissioning, testing, handover and operational readiness.
  • Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and change management.
