Description

The company runs an AI-powered marketing platform that links brand and performance marketing across the full customer journey, with programmatic advertising and other channels. The platform handles 465 billion automated optimizations per second.

The AdTech team is hiring an operator-builder to help colleagues and partners make AI their everyday way of working, using the company's own AI products. The role shapes the core platforms and data-access infrastructure used to build AI products end to end. You will spot problems, build fixes, roll them out, and then hand them over.

The ideal person understands AI technology well, knows platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT in depth, and can turn complicated AI ideas into practical programs. You will be hands-on from first scoping through to measuring impact, making sure AI solutions produce measurable gains in how the organization operates.

The work depends on wide context and visibility across the business.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside teams and stakeholders to improve high-value workflows with custom tools, agents, skills, and prompt libraries built for each team.
  • Contribute to internal MCPs and reusable skills, and help drive their adoption.
  • Follow technical project progress, coordinate with AI Automation, Engineering, Product, and other internal stakeholders, and keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Pull data from several databases to answer partner team questions, help them make decisions, and test their ideas.
  • Help individuals get early wins with AI and refine their own tools and skills.

Requirements

  • Hands-on familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT.
  • 1-3 years of experience in technical program management, technical operations, analytics, or a similar field.
  • Ability to take a defined problem, split it into scope, priorities, and next steps, and carry them out.
  • Analytical and comfortable with data, including writing SQL against production warehouses and log stores, tracking the metrics that matter, and using both to answer ad hoc questions and check whether a solution worked.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Curiosity and persistence in digging into how systems work to find root causes and new opportunities.
  • Preferred: experience in AdTech.

Conditions

This is a remote role.

The base salary band is $76,000 - $104,500 CAD. This range applies to candidates located in the posting country and is based on a global rate, market data, and the approved budget for the position. Other countries and regions have their own ranges, and final offers match the candidate's current location.

The company does not ask candidates about current or past salary and will not use that information if it is volunteered when setting an offer.

The figure covers base salary only. Depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, equity awards, and a full benefits package may also apply.

Final offers depend on experience, technical skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure, and certifications, as well as organizational needs and budget.

Benefits and perks vary by country of employment and type of engagement. Where the company has no legal entity, employment and benefits follow local rules and partner policies.

The company welcomes applicants of all backgrounds, and accommodations are available on request throughout the hiring process.

Resume reviews use AI to compare candidates against the posting criteria, but AI does not make final hiring or interview decisions.
