The AI & Data Science Office brings together data science, advanced analytics and AI skills across the company's international markets.

The office works with Commercial Solutions teams to turn business needs into scalable tools that improve client offerings, operational efficiency and decision-making. Its focus covers advanced analytics, machine learning, AI, Generative AI (GenAI) and agentic AI, backed by healthcare data, engineering and domain knowledge.

The office links global innovation with local market needs, speeds up reuse of proven solutions, and sets shared methods, models and architecture standards across teams and regions.

The company is looking for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, evaluate and launch AI, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI solutions for complex business and client problems.

You will work alongside business stakeholders, data scientists and technology teams to spot where AI can deliver measurable value and turn those ideas into practical, production-ready solutions.

You will take part from proof of concept through deployment and adoption, helping shape AI capabilities across the company's international markets.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, evaluate and deploy AI, machine learning, GenAI and agentic AI solutions.
• Convert business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans.
• Create intelligent workflows that use machine learning models, LLMs, enterprise data, APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Build RAG, semantic search, knowledge discovery, intelligent automation and decision support solutions.
• Set evaluation methods that measure solution quality, performance, business impact and risk.
• Work with business, analytics and technology teams across the full solution lifecycle.
• Turn proofs of concept that succeed into reusable, production-ready capabilities.
• Connect AI solutions to enterprise platforms, data sources and analytical products.
• Apply good practice in software engineering, MLOps, LLMOps, security, governance and documentation.
• Help build reusable frameworks, methods, standards and best practices.
• Support uptake of AI capabilities across markets and business units.
• Look into new AI technologies and find ways they could create business value.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
• Experience designing and deploying AI, machine learning, advanced analytics or GenAI solutions in production.
• Solid grasp of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering and agentic AI concepts.
• Experience building solutions with current AI frameworks and tools.
• Knowledge of RAG, vector databases, semantic search and knowledge retrieval methods.
• Experience connecting AI solutions to enterprise systems, APIs and cloud platforms.
• Strong software engineering and solution development skills.
• Understanding of AI governance, evaluation, monitoring, security and compliance practices.
• Ability to explain technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Preferred: experience building AI-powered products or client-facing AI solutions.
• Preferred: familiarity with orchestration frameworks, AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Preferred: experience with structured and unstructured enterprise data.
• Preferred: knowledge of predictive analytics, machine learning and advanced analytics methods.
• Preferred: knowledge of Responsible AI, model governance, compliance and risk management.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare, life sciences, commercial analytics or consulting.
• Preferred: familiarity with MLOps and LLMOps practices.
• You bring a real interest in applying AI to practical business problems, a builder's approach to moving from concept to deployment, curiosity about new technology and ongoing learning, strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and a focus on practical, scalable, measurable business results.

The potential annualised base pay range is 243 900,00 zł to 452 800,00 zł. Actual pay depends on factors such as qualifications, skills, education, experience, location and schedule (full or part-time).
