Senior AI Engineer (GenAI)

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship AI solutions using Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Build AI-powered applications on top of LLMs.
• Design and implement RAG solutions.
• Build and connect AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
• Develop scalable services and APIs that support AI use cases.
• Take part in AI projects from prototype through to production deployment.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to turn prototypes into production-ready solutions.
• Test new models, frameworks and AI technologies, and report on what fits.
• Contribute to Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and innovation initiatives.
• Benchmark models and measure solution performance, cost and scalability.
• Follow emerging trends in Agentic AI and Generative AI.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases and business processes.
• Work alongside architects, platform engineers and cloud specialists.
• Support deployment and monitoring across cloud environments.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Telecommunications or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering, data science, machine learning or artificial intelligence.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience working with LLMs and Generative AI solutions.
• Practical experience building or implementing RAG-based applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional-level English and Spanish.
• Nice to have: experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel or similar.
• Nice to have: experience with vector databases and embeddings.
• Nice to have: knowledge of MLOps or LLMOps practices.
• Nice to have: experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
