You will own the full technical relationship with enterprise customers, turning their business problems into AI solutions built on the company's platform.
This is a field role, not back-office engineering. You will be the main technical contact from early design through launch, meeting customers often. You might whiteboard with a customer's IT team in the morning and work with the company's engineering and product teams in the afternoon.
Responsibilities
Act as the main technical owner for 5, 8 enterprise customer engagements at once, pushing adoption and measurable results.
Design and build secure, fast integrations between the platform and customer systems such as the company, Workday, Okta and Jira.
Work with customers to design AI solutions that solve real business problems and use the platform in new, useful ways.
Advise customers on their agentic AI roadmap and train their teams to run the platform on their own over time.
Pass customer feedback and technical gaps to engineering and product teams to shape the platform.
Turn successful customer solutions into reusable templates and share what you learn with the team.
Requirements
You are a technical generalist who enjoys working with customers, sitting between engineering, consulting and customer success. You can solve a hard integration problem, then present the solution to a customer's executives.
You build relationships well and produce clear solution artifacts, such as architecture diagrams, proposals and SOWs, for both technical and business readers.
You understand API-based integration and LLM system design, including prompt engineering, context engineering and data modeling.
You learn quickly and want to know how systems work and why business processes exist.
You have good product judgment and care about the experience end users get.
You are comfortable with ambiguity, patient with legacy systems, and seek exposure to engineering, product and business work.
You take personal ownership toward customers and the colleagues who depend on your expertise.

Required: a proven record of driving technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
Required: experience building and launching full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools (Workato, Azure Functions, AWS Lambdas, the company Flow Designer), or scripting in Python, JavaScript or Golang.
Required: willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Required: ability to work across several business functions and technical domains.
Preferred: familiarity with enterprise platforms such as the company, Jira Service Desk, Zendesk, Workday or Okta.
Preferred: familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and the command line.
Preferred: up to date on current AI tools, frameworks and agentic design patterns, and able to apply them to build reliable, scalable solutions.
