  • Create 2D and 3D animations end to end, shaped around the goals of each project.
  • Build style frames, storyboards and look-dev treatments that set the visual direction for complex, high-stakes projects.

  • Help build a collaborative, positive and inclusive team where colleagues feel supported and valued.

Requirements

  • Have 8+ years of experience in motion design.

  • Have experience with color correction, VFX and post production.
  • Have set up scalable project files, modular templates and typography systems for multi-language releases across aspect ratios.
  • Understand game marketing formats such as gameplay trailers, social teasers and localized ads, and keep visuals consistent across different franchises.
  • Manage your time across tight production cycles without losing quality or technical precision.
  • Write custom ExtendScript or JavaScript, or use Expressions in After Effects, to automate repetitive versioning work and speed up localization.
  • Use AI tools to streamline your workflow.
