Security Analyst, Physical Security Systems

Description

The security analyst helps run, administer, and deploy the company's enterprise physical security systems, including access control, video management, and related security technology.

The role gives technical support, manages system access, helps with deployments, and trains and supports end users and site administrators.

The company develops medicines in immunology, oncology, and neuroscience, and also offers aesthetics products.

Responsibilities

• Administer Genetec Security Center and other physical security systems.
• Manage user access, permissions, Active Directory groups, and system settings.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, access reviews, and audits.
• Keep system records and access documentation up to date.
• Provide technical support for access control and video management systems, cameras, readers, controllers, and other security devices.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with vendors, integrators, Business Technology Solutions, and site stakeholders.
• Support deployments, upgrades, testing, commissioning, and handoff to operations.
• Verify that systems work and help resolve problems during implementation.
• Train end users and site administrators.
• Give ongoing support and guidance to system users and security staff.
• Help teams become operationally ready and adopt systems after deployment.
• Maintain documentation needed for operational support and compliance.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting physical security systems, including access control and video management platforms.
• Experience supporting access management, user administration, and audits.
• Familiarity with physical security devices such as cameras, card readers, and controllers.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well with internal teams, vendors, and system integrators.
• Ability to manage several priorities at once.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
• Preferred: experience administering Genetec Security Center.

Pay disclosure rules apply where state or local law requires them. The posted base pay range is the company's good-faith estimate at posting, based on the job grade. Actual pay depends on factors such as location and may fall above or below the range. The range may change.
