Salesforce Technical Lead

Description

You will design and build application systems that run critical banking operations within the consumer operations technology banking operations team at the company.

This is an intermediate-to-senior role where you help decide how new and existing applications are developed, tested, and deployed, working with business users and technology partners.

Success means building reliable, well-designed systems that support the company's operations teams and their clients.

Responsibilities

• Build new applications and revise existing ones to meet specific business and operational needs.
• Run feasibility studies and prepare time and cost estimates and technology plans for upcoming projects.
• Guide each stage of development: analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.
• Support business users with day-to-day operations after applications go live.
• Work through complex technical problems and assess business and system processes against industry standards.
• Design security measures after implementation to improve system function and protect data.
• Advise users and other technology teams on programming approaches and help integrate systems.
• Coach junior analysts and help define the team's development standards and operating procedures.

Requirements

• You bring 5 to 8 years of experience in analysing systems and building applications.
• You have a record of managing and delivering technology projects.
• You have working knowledge of project management and consulting methods.
• You can handle competing deadlines and changing requirements under pressure.
• You can work independently with little supervision and use sound judgment.
• You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Conditions

This is a full-time position based in Irving, Texas, United States.

The work is hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

The primary location full-time salary range is $107,120.00 - $160,680.00.
