Description

The company's Agentic AI Security Operations Platform helps security teams rethink how their SOC runs as agentic AI takes hold. The platform removes Tier 1 and Tier 2 work, speeds up detection and response, and connects an existing security stack without replacing it.

You will be the technical voice alongside Sales, helping win new customers and grow existing accounts. You will also pass customer insights back to the product and company teams.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Account Executives from first discovery call through technical close, learning each prospect's SOC challenges, tech stack and business goals.
  • Run technical discovery to find gaps in detection coverage, response time, analyst capacity, SIEM cost, attack surface visibility and digital risk exposure.
  • Give demos and Day in the Life sessions across the platform's modules: Core (Detection, Containment, Investigation, Response), DRP (Digital Risk Protection), Discover (CAASM), Transit (security data pipeline) and Agentic Teammates.
  • Show how agentic AI and automation cut T1/T2 workload, lower MTTD and MTTR, and let the SOC scale without adding headcount in a straight line.
  • Build technical business cases covering risk reduction, cost savings (SIEM spend, tool consolidation, staff efficiency) and operational gains.
  • Answer RFPs, RFIs and security questionnaires quickly and accurately.
  • Help size, scope and price deals with Sales and Solutions Architecture.
  • Run Value Assessments that compare a customer's people, process and technology against measurable SOC outcomes.
  • Win competitive deals against MDR, XDR and SOAR vendors by explaining the platform's AI automation, technology-agnostic integration and breadth.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to security leaders, from SOC analysts to CISOs, before and after the sale.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in network security, information security or security operations.
  • 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Consulting or similar.
  • Hands-on experience with the modern security stack: SIEM, EDR/XDR, SOAR, Firewall, IPS, DLP, Identity, Cloud Security and Email Security.
  • Working knowledge of SOC operations and the detection-to-response lifecycle, including the cost and capacity pressures teams face.
  • Understanding of regulatory and compliance drivers: PCI, GLBA, SOX, HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Up-to-date view of the threat landscape, including ransomware, identity-based attacks, supply chain risk and AI-enabled threats.
  • Confidence presenting to audiences from SOC analysts to C-level executives.
  • Self-directed, and comfortable in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
  • Willing to travel 40%+ of the time.
  • Uncommon: experience selling or engineering MDR, XDR, SIEM, SOAR or AI-driven security platforms.
  • Uncommon: familiarity with CAASM, Digital Risk Protection or security data pipeline categories.
  • Uncommon: exposure to agentic AI, LLM-driven automation or SOC AI tooling.
  • Uncommon: established relationships with security leaders in your region.
  • Uncommon: CISSP, GIAC, OSCP or comparable certifications.
  • Uncommon: a bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.

Conditions

Travel of 40%+ is part of the role.
