Regional Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)

Description

The role supports marketing programs that drive business growth in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) for the company's HVAC-R portfolio, which includes several brands.

You will work with sales teams, channel partners and the EMEA marketing organisation to deliver campaigns and events and build a strong local presence.

The job suits someone who likes practical, hands-on work, stays well organised and runs campaigns and events with close attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Adapt marketing campaigns and programs for the local market to generate leads, grow the pipeline and hit business targets.
• Plan and run customer events, trade shows, webinars and partner activities, keeping quality high and spending within budget.
• Work with sales and internal stakeholders so marketing activity matches business priorities and campaigns perform as well as possible.
• Coordinate regional marketing work, including managing vendors, agencies and partners where needed.
• Track, analyse and report on the performance of campaigns and events, and help deliver regional initiatives in Germany and CEE.
• Own each campaign from planning through to performance analysis.
• Monitor and improve marketing funnels so every activity links to measurable results such as MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution.
• Work with global marketing teams to adapt strategic campaigns to the region, taking account of culture and local market conditions.
• Share insight with global teams on customer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
• Support sales enablement and event delivery with sales, and create content and tools suited to how local customers buy.

Requirements

• Required: at least 3 years of progressive B2B marketing experience.
• Required: strong event planning and project management skills, including running events of different sizes and complexity.
• Required: hands-on experience with digital marketing, campaign execution and lead generation.
• Required: understanding of sales funnels, campaign metrics and marketing automation tools.
• Required: a team player with a performance focus, motivated by impact rather than ego.
• Required: experience working across functions with sales, product and global marketing teams.
• Required: fluent German and English.
• Preferred: fluent French.
• Preferred: B2B experience in an industrial setting.

Conditions

The contract is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The role is hybrid.
