Description

The company builds AI meant to extend human judgment and will. It trains frontier models, makes tools that let people customize those models, and designs interfaces for communication between people and AI.

The team is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to speed up hiring and build a recruiting process that is both high quality and efficient. You will manage interview scheduling, improve recruiting operations and reporting, and make the candidate experience attentive and well considered.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule high volumes of interviews across several time zones, calendars and stakeholders without lowering the candidate experience.
  • Handle all interview logistics, including travel, expenses, room setup and technical support.
  • Act as the candidate's main contact through screening and interviews, with messages that are warm, professional and clear.
  • Watch interview capacity closely so the right interviewers are free and schedules can move fast.
  • Grow interviewer pools by working with teams to find, train and prepare new interviewers as hiring grows.
  • Use scheduling tools such as Ashby, GoodTime and ModernLoop to automate work, cut manual steps and reply faster.
  • Support recruiting operations on an ad hoc basis: talent mapping, data, referral processing, recruiting events and inbound applications.
  • Collect, organize and audit interview feedback.
  • Keep recruiting documentation and Slack up to date and keep data consistent across recruiting systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications:
  • Experience coordinating schedules, managing calendars or running operations in fast-paced settings, with close attention to detail.
  • Strong written and spoken communication, especially when speaking directly with candidates.
  • Able to adjust to how different teams recruit and to change direction quickly.
  • Skilled with Google Workspace, scheduling tools and chat platforms such as Slack.
  • Preferred qualifications (apply even if you meet only some of these):
  • Preferred: 1+ years in a high-volume scheduling or recruiting coordination role.
  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with ATS, HRIS and scheduling tools such as Ashby, GoodTime, Workday and ModernLoop.
  • Preferred: Experience working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Preferred: You take initiative in unclear situations and propose several options.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting technical or leadership hiring.

Conditions

Salary: depending on background, skills and experience, the expected annual range is $140,000 to $200,000 USD.

Visa sponsorship: the company sponsors visas. It cannot guarantee the outcome for every candidate or role, but for a good fit it will work through the process with you.

Benefits

  • Generous health, dental and vision coverage.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Relocation support when needed.
