  • Report project status to the area team and the Project Delivery Manager or Director, and send monthly forecasts of revenue, costs, and gross margin for the project.
  • Maintain good working relationships with subcontractors and with the company's internal systems, service, and lighting partners.
  • Make sure projects comply with provincial, local, and federal law.
  • Run the business to the highest ethical standards.
  • Champion and drive the company's safety program for employees and subcontractors at every level.
  • You are accountable for the executed margin on all your projects, measured by project profitability, executed gross margin and slippage, project cash flow, and on-time completion.
