Description

You will run programs from start to finish and manage contracted delivery for the company's customers, acting as their main contact for contract performance, stakeholders, renewals and new business.

The company provides content and technology to professionals in legal, tax, accounting, compliance, government and media, and to the institutions they serve.

About 26,000 people work for the company in more than 70 countries.

The role covers account governance, decisions based on data, customer relationships, and coordination across teams and partner companies.

You make sure accounts meet regulations, industry standards and contract terms while tracking risks and delivery results.

You also look for ways to improve account management through AI, automation and reporting, and you pass customer feedback and market insight to product teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage your assigned contract portfolio across the renewal cycle, from kickoff and ongoing support to relationship building, growth opportunities and renewal readiness.
  • Meet revenue targets by keeping customers and tracking growth opportunities.
  • Run regular portfolio reviews with internal stakeholders covering contract health, renewal status, customer satisfaction, financial results, risks and growth.
  • Build working relationships with key customer contacts and keep communication open between the company, customers and third-party partners.
  • Check compliance with government rules, industry standards and contract terms, and identify related risks across the contract life cycle.
  • Keep account records current, including customer needs, contract status, delivery risks, renewal dates and growth opportunities.
  • Track contract performance, pricing assumptions, renewal financials and other factors that affect retention or growth.
  • Use data, customer feedback, performance insight and financial inputs to guide decisions on renewals, engagement, product adoption and growth strategy.
  • Work with internal teams to fix contract, delivery or customer experience problems that could threaten retention, renewal or expansion.
  • Stay well informed about your assigned product, customer use cases and value drivers to support customer conversations and growth planning.
  • Explain the company's delivery capabilities, solution value and customer outcomes to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Keep up with developments in the company's data, products, technology and methods.
  • Work with stakeholders to identify, document and support qualified growth opportunities in your customer accounts.
  • Find ways to use AI, automation and process changes to simplify portfolio work, reduce manual effort, improve reporting and manage accounts more efficiently.
  • Pass customer feedback, product needs and emerging use cases to Product Development to inform renewal strategy, roadmap discussions and future growth.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience in its place.
  • 3 to 10+ years of experience in program management, account management, customer delivery or a similar field, with the job level set by experience, account complexity, portfolio size and proven results in customer relationships and delivery.
  • Relevant internship experience at the company may be considered for interns who move into full-time roles, based on performance, business knowledge and readiness.
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government or federal customers in a government contracting setting.
  • A growth mindset, with the ability to spot customer needs, retention risks and ways to add value in your accounts.
  • Proven progressive program leadership in account planning, renewal support, portfolio governance and growth strategy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for mentoring, coaching, collaborating and team building.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Ability to obtain and keep a U.S. National Security Clearance.
  • U.S. citizenship is essential to meet government contract, agency and federal department requirements.
  • Preferred: experience with public records, investigative data, government data or commercial data products.
  • Preferred: experience managing programs or accounts for federal government clients.
