The company guides individuals, families, corporations and institutions through wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking, and is publicly listed on Nasdaq.

Founded in 1889, the company has over 135 years of financial experience and more than 24,000 staff, whom it calls partners, and it serves its clients with leading technology.

The Project Manager sits in Product Development, part of the ECOO Transformation Execution Office, and supports strategic Asset Servicing and Product Development initiatives across EMEA and global product areas.

Product Development is a cross-functional team that combines project and programme management, business analysis and product development to take initiatives from concept to implementation, with firm governance, active stakeholder engagement and measurable results.

The work takes place in a regulated financial services setting, and the team values flexibility and collaboration.

The company has a strong record of financial stability, supports moves between roles and keeps senior leaders accessible.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, govern and deliver complex change across product, technology, operations and business groups.
  • Run delivery from project start through scope definition, planning, RAID management, financial tracking, governance reporting, testing readiness, implementation and handover to business as usual.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to spot delivery risks, clear blockers and keep communication clear.
  • Keep initiatives on the agreed scope, timeline, budget and quality standards.
  • Juggle several priorities at once and build trusted working relationships with product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and client-facing teams.

Requirements

  • Solid project management background in financial services, ideally in asset servicing, custody, fund administration, regulatory change, data, digital or product delivery.
  • Track record of running end-to-end delivery on complex work, covering initiation, planning, scope, RAID, governance, financial tracking, testing readiness, implementation and BAU transition.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication, including briefing senior stakeholders with concise updates on progress, risks and decisions.
  • Experience working with cross-functional groups, including product, technology, operations, risk, compliance and external partners, to align teams and remove delivery blockers.
  • Good grasp of project governance, delivery controls and regulated change, with the ability to produce high-quality, audit-ready project documents.
  • Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methods, with hands-on use of Clarity PPM, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Organised and proactive, detail-focused, able to balance competing priorities and drive outcomes at pace.
  • Commercial and financial awareness, such as budget tracking, resource planning, forecasting and delivery reporting.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify risks early, challenge constructively and resolve issues across teams.
  • Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, Scrum Master or equivalent is desirable.
