Program Management Lead – HR Assist / Workday

Description

This Vice President role leads program management for the company's HR AI program and its global HR AI solution, working across HR, data, and technology.

You will set the strategy and roadmap, using data and analysis to guide product direction and measure program impact.

The role is full time and sits in the Project and Program Management job family, within the Program Management job family.

Responsibilities

• Shape the long-term roadmap and strategy of the HR AI program, including how it stays sustainable and can scale.
• Define and deliver the product roadmap for the global HR AI solution, ranking features by data and business impact.
• Analyse large datasets to find insights that shape product development and program strategy.
• Create data visualisations and reports that show program performance and adoption to stakeholders.
• Run complex projects end to end, from planning through rollout and optimisation.
• Set up a cross-HR program structure around the HR AI program that will last.
• Lead scalability work, including how the discipline interacts with the program, automated content updates, and the document strategy.
• Track adoption metrics and use them to keep improving the program and its tools.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, business heads, and third-party solution providers.
• Follow industry trends and emerging AI technologies to inform strategic choices and the product vision.
• Spot risks to delivery and make sure mitigation plans are built and carried out when needed.
• Report program status, risks, and performance to senior management and stakeholders on time.
• Create and run change management plans that get employees and managers using new AI tools and processes.

Requirements

• Experience in analytics, program management, HR, or technology.
• Skill in data analysis and visualisation that turns large datasets into actionable insights.
• Working knowledge of program management methods, including Agile and Scrum, applied to global rollouts.
• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear technical requirements.
• Strong negotiation skills, with experience working with internal stakeholders and external third-party providers.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, able to explain clearly to both technical teams and senior executives.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills for complex, high-impact decisions.
• A consistent commitment to quality and close attention to detail.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree is a plus.

Conditions

Full-time role at Vice President level.

Primary location salary range: €85,600.00 to €128,400.00.

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
