Description

The position is a fixed-term role running until 31/12/2029.

ASPIRE is a company-wide business transformation program that harmonizes, simplifies and automates business processes so the teams can focus more on what patients need next.

The program uses the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) to build in small increments with quick, integrated learning cycles, a shared planning cadence and decisions made close to the teams, to speed up agility further.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap, rank the team backlog against the ART Backlog, and decide how much capacity each Agile team gets.
  • Handle priority issues, organize user stories, and check that work meets the Definition of Done, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Take part in discovery work to better understand customer needs, make sure features meet the Definition of Ready, and feed input into program execution and incremental planning.
  • Work with Product Management, business SMEs, data owners and operational teams to agree on end-to-end data governance processes and cut master data defects together.
  • Help keep master data trained, consistent and accurate across systems.
  • Apply deep knowledge of SAP-MDG, business partners data (Customer Master), HR Mini Master, BP Employee Master and workflow processes to improve how the business works.
  • Help shape the Master Data Governance vision and strategy, support deployments and testing, create master data for other teams, and build relationships that help reach project goals.

Requirements

  • Be self-driven and care about your work. You understand that high-quality service matters a great deal to the organization.
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field, or have equivalent work experience, plus over 5 years of master data management experience in the Business Partners Data domain.
  • Have over 3 years of experience with enterprise applications such as SAP-MDG, and a solid understanding of how governance affects both business process management and IT.
  • Know regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA, along with other business partners-specific data privacy rules. Have strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
  • Have a proven record of delivering across geographies and divisions in a matrixed organization, with a clear focus on quality and attention to detail, and the ability to decide in ambiguous, fast-changing settings.
  • Think in an Agile way and have worked with Agile organizations. Provide outstanding customer service and communicate well in writing and speech. A background in consulting or business management services is a strong plus.
  • Be open-minded, committed to making a difference, and keen to keep developing.
