Description

The company is a global technology leader that helps manufacturers become more productive, sustainable, and agile. It has more than 28,000 employees and serves customers in food supply, medicine, clean water, and green mobility.

You will work with the Product Manager on global ownership of the HVAC variable frequency drive portfolio within the Integrated Drives business unit. You will also oversee manufacturing strategy, delivery, customer satisfaction, and productivity for specific product areas.

Growth is a priority. You will scope, run, and roll out portfolio expansion programs, including commercial tools, technical documentation, and digital marketing that help customers choose and apply the right solution.

You will set short-term and long-term strategic direction and align it with development, operations, and engineering service partners.

  • Communicate clearly in writing and verbally to direct engineering, manufacturing, sales, and operations partners worldwide.
  • Support the legacy portfolio and product obsolescence through life cycle planning, last-time-buy estimates, and migration strategies for active products.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US.
  • Preferred qualifications: typically a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • Preferred: at least 3 years in industrial automation or power control product management and/or engineering, with motor control applications.
  • Preferred: experience in commercial support or engineering.
  • Preferred: project management experience or certification.
  • Preferred: experience with technical leadership and CPD process deliverables.
