Description

AI agents turn ideas into live campaigns by working across the tools, teams, and workflows enterprises already use, from content authoring and campaign assembly to quality assurance and brand compliance. The company's aim is to give marketers and creatives more time for brand strategy, customer understanding, and work that moves people.

The team works on hard applied AI problems, including agent harnesses, sandboxed execution environments, and orchestration that let agents plan, act, and verify their work reliably at enterprise scale.

The company is growing fast and has Fortune 500 and enterprise customers including AWS, T-Mobile, and Prudential. A $65 million Series C led by Insight Partners is supporting that growth.

You will help define how people and AI agents work together, owning problems from idea through to customer impact.

Responsibilities

  • Set product marketing strategy and define the category as the company scales.
  • Position the company for executives, buyers, operators, analysts, and the wider market.
  • Own the narrative across the full portfolio, from core platform positioning to launches, customer stories, competitive strategy, and analyst relations.
  • Define and defend positioning so the homepage, pitch, launches, and market narrative all tell one clear story.
  • Name and shape the category ahead of others through sharp messaging, proprietary research, and language that sticks.
  • Write product and company messaging for executives, buyers, operators, and technical stakeholders across every major channel.
  • Run product launches as narrative moments, covering storyline, proof points, founder content, customer voice, and go-to-market coordination.
  • Build competitive positioning to win live deals against adjacent platforms, established incumbents, and agency alternatives.
  • Work with Sales to sharpen differentiation, improve objection handling, and raise win rates where it counts most.
  • Turn customer wins into a repeatable process for case studies, named talks, videos, PR moments, and co-marketing assets.
  • Talk often with customers and power users, using what you learn to refine messaging and find proof points.
  • Manage analyst relations with top industry firms, shaping how the market understands the category and where the company fits.
  • Keep messaging clear and consistent, protecting it from dilution as the company grows.

Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally at a product-led or category-creating company.
  • Have joined an early-stage startup of under 250 employees and helped drive it through a significant scale phase as a category-defining business.
  • Have a strong track record owning positioning, launches, competitive strategy, customer storytelling, and sales enablement.
  • Write exceptionally well and tell stories that influence buyers, operators, analysts, and internal teams.
  • Turn complex product capabilities into clear market value for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Have worked closely with founders, product, and go-to-market teams in fast-moving settings with little existing structure.
  • Take high ownership, work comfortably as a builder and individual contributor, and lay the foundation for a future function.
  • Have strong customer instincts and stay close to users, buyer pain points, objections, and product reality.
  • Have the confidence and judgment to make strategic messaging decisions and hold the line as the company grows.
  • Have experience at a high-performing startup that scaled meaningfully from early stage to broad market adoption.
  • Are familiar with AI-native products, AI-leaning developer tools, or modern MarTech platforms.
  • Have introduced a new category or made new market language stick in a competitive space.
  • You learn quickly, seek out new challenges, and regularly question how things have always been done.
  • You want real impact with little bureaucracy.
  • You have a drive to be 1% better than the day before.
  • You use AI as a core tool for problem-solving, innovation, and scale.
  • You show customer focus, high ownership and accountability, and a bias for action.
  • You communicate clearly and directly, stay curious, and assume good intent.
  • You do well in fast-moving, high-growth environments where building better matters more than keeping the status quo.

Conditions

The base salary is $165,000 to $185,000 per year. Final pay depends on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

This role reports to Product, with a dotted line to Marketing.

Work hours are flexible.

AI literacy is a core hiring criterion. Interviews focus on you, so the company wants to hear your own voice and reasoning, with or without AI tools. Over-reliance on AI-generated answers during interviews, especially when it obscures your own voice, will result in disqualification.

The company is committed to valuing diverse perspectives and helping all team members grow.

Benefits

  • Performance-based annual bonus.
  • Meaningful equity awards.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage, fully covered for employees and 75% covered for dependents.

  • 401k plan.
  • Unlimited PTO.
  • Seattle office with a gym, sauna, and bike parking.
  • Free lunch three days a week at headquarters.
  • Hands-on work on category-defining AI infrastructure.
