Description

The company is an AI platform business serving regulated institutions, helping them redesign, govern and deliver critical work while keeping the governance, accountability and control those environments demand.

Its products are the company AIOS, an agent orchestration platform for governed AI work; the company Banking Platform, which supports banks with product, pricing, offers, billing, loyalty and relationship management; and the company IO, an integration platform linking data, systems and workflows across complex enterprises.

The company is headquartered in Toronto, Canada, and works with financial institutions in North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacific.

This role is Product Manager, UX for AIOS. You will shape product experiences that make complex AI workflows clear, usable and worth using for customers in regulated financial services.

You will work where product management, user experience, engineering, AI, and customer delivery meet. Your focus is understanding users, setting the roadmap, writing product requirements, and working closely with design so AIOS experiences fit real tasks: orchestrating agents, setting up workflows, monitoring, reviewing, handling exceptions, and keeping humans in the loop.

Governed AI only has value when people can understand it, trust it and run it with confidence. You will help AIOS go from technical capability to product experiences customers can adopt widely.

Responsibilities

  • Set product strategy, roadmap priorities and UX-focused requirements for AIOS experiences and workflows.
  • Learn deeply what users need through discovery, stakeholder interviews, customer feedback, workflow analysis and work with delivery teams.
  • Work closely with product designers on user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns and design decisions for AIOS features.
  • Turn customer problems, business goals and technical constraints into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and success measures.
  • Work with engineering, AI, architecture, QA and DevOps to weigh trade-offs, clarify implementation details and deliver high-quality capabilities.
  • Define and track success metrics such as adoption, task completion, workflow efficiency, user satisfaction, feature usage, quality and support feedback.
  • Set roadmap priorities using customer value, technical feasibility, delivery commitments, risk and fit with AIOS strategy.
  • Support demos, customer conversations, internal enablement and go-to-market readiness for new AIOS experiences.
  • Advocate for usability, accessibility, clarity and trust in AI-powered workflows, especially where users need transparency, control and confidence.
  • Keep improving discovery and delivery practices so the team moves quickly while staying tied to customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product management, technical product management, UX product management, product design leadership or closely related experience on software products.
  • 2+ years of experience on enterprise SaaS, workflow, platform, data, AI, automation or developer or productivity tools.
  • Solid grasp of product discovery, roadmap planning, user research, requirement definition, prioritization and delivery.
  • Proven ability to work with designers on UX strategy, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and usability feedback.
  • Ability to turn unclear customer problems into clear requirements, success metrics and stories ready for delivery.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, AI behavior, system constraints and implementation trade-offs with technical teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, using both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to make product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, aligning engineering, design, delivery, leadership and customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with AI-powered products, LLM-based workflows, agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop systems or responsible AI controls.
  • Experience in banking, financial services, regulatory technology, enterprise operations or other high-trust domains.
  • Experience with Figma or similar product design and prototyping tools.
  • Experience with design systems, accessibility standards and complex enterprise UX patterns.
  • Experience supporting customer workshops, product demos or executive-level product conversations.
  • Experience taking a product from early concept through launch and post-launch iteration.
  • Comfortable in a fast-moving setting where direction changes based on customer learning and technical discovery.
