Description

The company is hiring a senior individual contributor Technical Product Manager for its AI Content and Media Product team, which sits within Operations & Technology. The work covers machine learning systems, large-scale media workflows, metadata standards, and enterprise integrations, turned into production-ready products used across the company's businesses.

You will apply product judgment, technical knowledge, and hands-on execution, working closely with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, and business stakeholders so your product delivers dependable, clear value that supports company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Scope, build, and ship GenAI-powered capabilities with Engineering, Data Science, Program Management, Product, and Scrum.
  • Learn how stakeholders work and what they need, then write clear product requirements and user stories.
  • Own one or more product areas from discovery through delivery and ongoing iteration.
  • Build and maintain an outcome-based roadmap with cross-functional teams, based on customer insight, technical limits, and business priorities.
  • Test products for functionality, accuracy, and performance, and support demos and product reviews.
  • Maintain features after launch and refine them using feedback.
  • Drive roadmap delivery so work stays aligned with near- and mid-term priorities.
  • Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors across the full lifecycle of each GenAI use case.
  • Prepare and present updates, documentation, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Weigh trade-offs between model quality, performance, cost, and latency with technical teams.
  • Track emerging AI, LLM, and machine learning technologies and relevant vendor offerings.
  • Help identify reusable GenAI patterns and capabilities for future products.
  • Find ways to improve product capabilities, operational processes, and efficiency.
  • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers through feedback, collaboration, and shared work.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in product management, product development, or a related technical role.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Manager on complex, technology-driven products.
  • Ability to turn technical concepts and system behavior into clear requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working closely with engineering and data science teams on AI or data-driven products.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling several priorities at once in a high-pressure setting.
  • Solid understanding of agile methods and current product development practices.
  • Desired: strong collaboration skills and the ability to build working relationships across teams.
  • Desired: advanced analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Desired: self-starter who works well when the problem space is changing and unclear.
  • Desired: familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Airtable.
  • Desired: proficiency with Lucidchart, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Desired: experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Desired: knowledge of data governance, privacy, legal compliance, cybersecurity, and ethical AI practices.
  • Desired: experience writing, reviewing, or contributing to code in modern programming languages.
