About BlaBlaCar

BlaBlaCar is the world’s leading community-based travel app enabling 40 million active members to share rides across 41 countries each year. Its technology matches drivers with empty seats with passengers heading the same way, so they can share the cost of the trip.

BlaBlaCar’s mission is to be the go-to marketplace for shared travel, bringing carpooling, buses, and trains together in one place. Globally, the BlaBlaCar Group also includes Obilet, the leading online bus ticketing platform in Turkey. By partnering with over 20,000 operators, the Group offers a wide choice of affordable and sustainable transport solutions.

In 2025, the BlaBlaCar community connected 2.7 million meeting points worldwide and enabled 138 million connections between travelers. Drivers saved 568 million euros by carpooling, and all of the BlaBlaCar Group’s mobility services contributed to avoiding 4 million tonnes of CO2 emissions.

Your Mission

As the Product Manager for Post-booking, you will shape the experience passengers have after making a booking, from managing their trips to getting the help they need before, during and after their journey.

You will make post-booking a clear, reliable and useful part of the end-to-end BlaBlaCar experience across carpooling, bus and train. You will help passengers feel informed and in control, while reducing friction for our Customer Relationship Teams (CRT) and supporting the growth of our multimodal marketplace.

You will co-lead the Post-booking squad with an Engineering Manager and work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Data, Customer Relationship and our supply stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Shape the post-booking vision and roadmap: Set a clear direction for the passenger experience after purchase, translating BlaBlaCar’s product strategy and business priorities into a focused roadmap. Take full responsibility for your scope, from strategy through execution.

Improve the post-booking passenger experience: Identify opportunities to strengthen passenger satisfaction and trust by helping people find the information they need, manage their bookings and feel supported throughout their journey. You will lead the end-to-end product discoveries for those opportunities.

Optimize CRT contact rate: Partner with CRT teams to understand why passengers get in touch. Improve information on the platform and self-service so passengers can resolve issues with less effort. In particular, you will take over product leadership of our member-facing AI assistant.

Use insights to guide decisions: Bring together customer feedback, product data and business context to identify opportunities, set priorities and evaluate impact using appropriate KPIs.

Build alignment across teams: Act as the go-to product partner for Post-booking topics. Communicate the strategy, formalize major decisions and align leadership, Engineering, Design, CRT and other stakeholders.

Your Qualifications

Experience : 3+ years in Product Management, ideally in a consumer marketplace, travel, mobility or another complex transactional product. Experience building products across markets, platforms or service types is a plus.

Customer problem-solving: A track record of simplifying complex journeys and helping customers make confident decisions.

Analytical approach : Comfortable combining product data, customer feedback and operational insights to identify problems, set priorities and measure results.

Cross-functional influence : Able to bring Product, Engineering, Design, Operations and business stakeholders together around clear decisions and outcomes.

Languages: Full fluency in English is mandatory.

If you don’t meet 100% of the qualifications outlined above, tell us why you’d still be a great fit for this role in your application!
