Description

The company is hiring a product manager to own one product area or a cross-platform initiative on its digital asset platform. You will turn strategy into a ranked roadmap and take useful, commercially sound capabilities from early research through launch and ongoing refinement.

The platform covers digital identity, wallets, digital transfer agency, onchain data and intelligence, connectivity, and governance such as proxy voting and corporate actions. You will work across linked capabilities rather than inside a single silo, and your starting focus will follow business priorities and your own strengths.

Responsibilities

  • Drive discovery, product definition and roadmap delivery for one assigned capability, and tie its goals to the wider platform plan.
  • Interview clients and internal users about current workflows, test your assumptions, and find high-value use cases across traditional and onchain infrastructure.
  • Build business cases, opportunity assessments and product proposals, and help shape pricing, packaging and go-to-market plans.
  • Turn needs into clear requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria, keep a prioritized backlog, and explain scope trade-offs.
  • Work with engineering and design to ship releases, confirm functionality, manage dependencies and resolve problems across the product lifecycle.
  • Align with operations, legal, compliance, risk and security so controls are built in, and set up support, reconciliation and launch readiness.
  • Plan pilots and launches with commercial and client teams, create enablement material, and act on adoption blockers and client feedback.
  • Set and track measures for adoption, client value, quality and economic results, and use what you learn to adjust the roadmap.

Requirements

  • Usually 5+ years in product management or closely related fintech, platform or market-infrastructure work, with proof that you have delivered independently.
  • A track record of carrying a product, feature set or significant platform capability from discovery to launch and then through later improvements.
  • Solid understanding of digital assets and institutional financial workflows, with real depth in at least one relevant product or infrastructure area.
  • Skill at writing precise requirements, ranking a backlog, analysing data, and leading cross-functional work without formal authority over the people involved.
  • Experience working with technology, operations and control teams in a regulated environment, along with clear client communication and sound commercial judgment.
  • Valued differentiators, not a checklist: you do not need experience with every platform capability.
  • What sets you apart: delivery experience linking traditional financial services to tokenized assets, investor servicing, digital identity, wallets or onchain governance.
  • What sets you apart: hands-on fluency with distributed ledgers, smart contracts, DeFi protocols, APIs or interoperability, plus judgment about institutional use and risk.
  • What sets you apart: work in transfer agency, proxy, corporate actions, product commercialization or client pilots that became sustained use.
  • What sets you apart: using product analytics and sanctioned generative AI or agent tools to sharpen discovery, requirements, testing and delivery, with proper review.
