The company is now part of DoorDash. Depending on the role, you may work with teammates, systems, and leaders across DoorDash and Wolt.

You will join the Homepage team in the Core Consumer organisation. The Homepage is the first screen customers see whenever they open DoorDash, Wolt, or the company, and it is one of the largest levers on what customers find and one of the hardest surfaces in the app to get right.

The work sits where ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML meet. You will help decide what each customer sees and why, across three brands and dozens of markets, on a global stack.

The roadmap mixes three kinds of problems: global platform problems that apply everywhere, global capabilities being accelerated into EMEA, and EMEA-specific problems that need a proper solution rather than a workaround.

The team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products, and to help define discovery as AI-driven and agentic experiences change how people decide what to order.

Responsibilities

• Build new end-to-end features and user experiences on the Homepage for discovering restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products.
• Work on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage, including how the product decides what each customer sees and why.
• Explore where AI-driven and agentic experiences change how customers choose what to order.
• Make discovery work across three brands and many markets without forcing one approach onto all of them.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products. Experience with discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences is especially relevant.
• You think like a product manager rather than a feature owner: you find the customer problems that matter most and make the case for solving them.
• You start from the customer problem and weigh it against what the business needs most at the moment.
• You can hold several business objectives at once and make a decision when they conflict.
• You work well with many kinds of stakeholders and earn trust from people whose priorities differ from yours.
• You think strategically and can move between long-term direction and what to ship next.
• You handle ambiguity well and stay flexible in a fast-changing industry, AI especially.
• You are curious about what AI really changes for customers and can separate real value from hype.
• Strong product judgment and curiosity are the core of the role; the rest can be developed on the job.
