Working across Investments, Distribution, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance and Operations, you’ll support the development and ongoing management of client-focused products across a range of investment vehicles and distribution channels.

This is an opportunity to contribute throughout the product lifecycle, from developing new propositions and launching funds to reviewing existing products and recommending enhancements, mergers or closures. You’ll combine technical product knowledge, effective project management and strong stakeholder relationships to help deliver positive client outcomes while meeting regulatory and governance requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

Supporting the design and delivery of new multi-asset products, strategies and propositions across a range of investment vehicles

Managing product initiatives by coordinating milestones, deliverables, actions, testing, risks and issues

Ensuring product activity aligns with relevant governance, compliance, risk and regulatory requirements

Reviewing the product range to assess commercial viability, client outcomes and opportunities for enhancement, merger or closure

Providing technical product support across regulation, tax, registrations, disclosures, client channels and operational matters

Partnering with Investments, Distribution, Operations and other specialist teams to deliver product plans successfully

Monitoring client, competitor, industry and regulatory developments to help inform product strategy and proposition design

Building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers to resolve challenges and achieve shared objectives

Who we’re looking for:

A degree or equivalent experience, with an IMC, CFA, CAIA or similar professional qualification desirable

Knowledge of the international asset management industry and investment funds across key jurisdictions

Understanding of multi-asset investment strategies and how clients select products across different distribution channels

Knowledge of pooled investment structures such as UCITS, non-UCITS, ETFs and separately managed accounts

Experience supporting product strategy, development, management or product lifecycle activity

Exposure to launching, registering, operating or amending pooled investment funds

Strong project management, organisation and attention to detail, with a focus on improving how work is delivered

A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships, communicate clearly and influence stakeholders constructively

Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you. Here are some of the benefits we offer:

The opportunity to participate in our annual, performance -related bonus plan and valuable share schemes
