Product Manager, Digital Identity Solutions

The team builds digital identity products that handle trust and identity verification for major institutions worldwide. The product family is growing quickly, and its stack supports critical onboarding and compliance workflows for global clients.

The company is a global financial markets infrastructure and data provider with about 25,000 people in 65 countries. Its purpose is to support financial stability, strengthen economies and help customers grow sustainably.

As Product Manager on the digital identity team, you will use data to guide decisions, find opportunities and improve results across products and customer journeys. You will connect customers with engineering, sales and commercial teams so that insights turn into measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Take a problem from the first business or customer question through analysis and a recommendation to tracking the outcome.
• Create a clear, shared understanding of product and customer needs across the digital identity portfolio.
• Design and run efficient business processes that support the customer journey and other internal and external needs.
• Set success measures for product changes and investments, then check whether they work.
• Apply experiments, design thinking or modelling when they suit the business question.
• Work with Product, Engineering, Commercial and Operations leaders on roadmaps, operating processes and go-to-market decisions.
• Work with data and platform teams to make decisions better.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with identity verification, authentication, identity schemes or trust frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of national and international digital identity networks, including eIDAS and the UK's Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF).
• Working knowledge of AMLR and other AML and KYC rules, and how they affect identity verification requirements.
• Awareness of how regulation, commerce and markets worldwide are affected by the adoption of digital identity.
• A record of delivering products from requirements to launch, including contracting and work with development and engineering teams.
• Comfort working with incomplete information, and strong stakeholder management across technical and commercial teams.
