The team is early-stage and builds an AI medical record product for home health agencies.
Your job is to take old, complicated workflows and turn them into tools that reduce administrative time so staff can spend more of it on patients.
Responsibilities
Talk with and observe home health staff in intake, scheduling, billing and documentation to find where their workflows break down.
Create quick prototypes, show them to users, and refine them based on what you hear back.
Work side by side with engineers, turning customer insights into product choices and reviewing work from early discovery through release.
Convert one-off customer requests into features that scale across new products and the existing platform.
Track adoption, usage, satisfaction and time saved, and regularly report what you learn to company leadership.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of product management experience, some of it at an early-stage or fast-growing startup.
You have a hands-on engineering or coding background.
Ideally you have 3 or more years of full-stack software engineering before moving into product.
You have strong product judgment and have built B2B SaaS products, especially workflow-heavy or operational tools.
You have improved user experience or modernized legacy systems. Healthcare, healthtech, financial services or other regulated-industry experience is valuable.
You take a customer-first approach without ego and are willing to get hands-on across discovery and delivery.
