Description

The company is building AI products for serious professional work. We’re going deep on finance with a committed team focused on unlocking the potential of AI in this vertical: working closely with industry experts and users to build bespoke solutions that help finance professionals do real work.

The company’s Financial Services team works closely with customers to understand where AI can improve the economics and quality of financial work: faster diligence, broader research coverage, sharper client materials, more accurate models, and better investment analysis. Our work spans workflows across investment banking, equity research, private equity, asset management, wealth management, insurance, and other parts of finance. We bring together the company’s models, financial data, and enterprise knowledge to build products that fit how financial professionals work.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to help define and build the company’s financial services products. Reporting to the GM of Financial Services, you will own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key experiences, taking them from customer discovery and early prototypes through launch, adoption, and iteration. This is a hands-on role. You should have strong judgment about both the product experience and the work it produces. You will also form a vision for how AI can change the financial services space and can translate that into product execution.

In this role, you will:

Own product strategy and priorities. Work with the GM to identify the most valuable customer problems and translate them into a clear roadmap. Make decisions about what to build, what to defer, and where partners or shared the company capabilities can best meet the need.

Go deep on financial workflows. Sit with customers, observe how they work, and understand the documents they create, data they trust, tools they use, and standards they apply. Use those insights to design experiences that customers return to in their daily work.

Build and ship. Create working prototypes, demos, example outputs, and product requirements using Codex and other the company tools. Partner with Engineering and Design to turn early concepts into reliable products, resolve dependencies, and drive delivery through launch and iteration.

Raise the bar for quality and trust. Work with Research and Engineering to turn real finance tasks and product failures into evaluations, datasets, and model feedback. Define what good looks like across accuracy, source traceability, completeness, and ease of review, while making practical tradeoffs across quality, latency, reliability, and cost.

Make products work inside financial institutions. Translate integration, data-access, privacy, security, and review requirements into product decisions. Work across Legal, Security, Partnerships, and core product teams to address deployment barriers and determine which needs require finance-specific solutions.

Measure results and drive adoption. Define success through task completion, output acceptance, repeat usage, time saved, and business impact. Combine product data, evaluations, and customer feedback to guide investment. Partner with GTM and customer-facing teams on pilots, onboarding, and launches, then use what you learn to improve the product.

You might thrive in this role if you:

Have a track record of taking complex products from discovery through launch and sustained adoption, as a product manager, founder, or builder with substantial product ownership.

Understand financial work well enough to earn credibility with demanding practitioners. You may have built products for financial institutions or worked directly in investment banking, investing, equity research, corporate development, or related fields.

Combine strong product taste with attention to detail. You care about making complex workflows feel simple and can judge both the experience and the quality of its outputs.

Work comfortably with engineers and researchers on model behavior, data quality, integrations, and evaluations. You can distinguish a model limitation from a data, workflow, or product-design problem.

Use AI deeply in your own work and build prototypes to test ideas. You are willing to teach, onboard, debug, and inspect outputs alongside customers.

Know how to choose useful goals and metrics, test assumptions, and change priorities when the evidence changes.

Bring sound judgment about privacy, trust, and accuracy in consequential professional work.

Take ownership in ambiguous situations, drive decisions across teams you do not manage, and communicate clearly. You can set direction and stay close to the details required to ship.
