Description

The company is the company Investment Management, and this Vice President role sits in the Product Implementation team inside the Chief Operating Officer organization. The work is hands-on: you help launch new investment products, working closely with Product Innovation, Technology and Operations, Risk, Compliance, and outside strategic partners and service providers.

This suits someone who likes detailed execution across complex operating models, who coordinates delivery work, and who moves products from design to launch. You will contribute directly to implementation workstreams and solution design.

Responsibilities

  • Do hands-on delivery of new product implementations, helping with operating model design, readiness assessments, and launch execution.
  • Review new product proposals against current operational, technology, risk, and control capabilities. Find gaps and the actions needed to close them, then turn those findings into recommended implementation timelines.
  • Help define and document end-to-end product operating models, solution blueprints, and process flows, drawing on how current applications and data flow across front, middle, and back office.
  • Coordinate implementation work across product, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and external service providers.
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues. Escalate to senior team members or management when needed.
  • Keep detailed implementation plans current and support governance forums and delivery reporting.
  • Support launches through test coordination, documentation readiness, and operational hand-off.
  • Contribute expertise on fund structures, vehicles, and lifecycle events, including emerging product types such as digital or tokenized structures where relevant.
  • Find ways to improve implementation processes, templates, and tooling based on what you see in execution.
  • The role is mainly delivery and execution, working within the governance and direction set by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 8, 15 years of financial services experience, with practical work in investment management product implementation, technology, operations, or change delivery.
  • Detailed working knowledge of investment fund structures and vehicles, such as mutual funds, trusts, ETPs, alternatives, and interval funds.
  • Strong grasp of exchange-traded products: legal and fund structures, creation and redemption workflows, the service provider ecosystem, and regulatory and governance requirements.
  • Experience with digital assets, tokenization, or technology-enabled product structures is a plus but not required.
  • Experience helping with operating model design, process definition, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong project execution, with close attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Clear, structured communication with stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
  • Ability to work in a matrixed environment and manage several workstreams at once.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio for documenting workflows and operating model designs.
  • An undergraduate degree is required. An advanced degree is preferred.

Conditions

Annual base pay range is $110,000 to $188,750.

The range applies to the primary location listed. If the role would ultimately be based outside that location, the range could be different.

  • Retirement savings plan (401K) with company match.

  • Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, short-term disability, and family care.
  • Employee Assistance Program access.
  • Eligibility for annual performance-based incentive awards, excluding certain sales roles covered by sales incentive plans.
