Description

You will set product direction and plan for the GRC area of the company's portfolio, and you will run complex initiatives that turn customer input and market openings into useful software.

You will work alongside engineering, design and business leaders, coach other product managers and help set the team's standard practices.

The role covers taking products from zero to one, shaping strategy across the platform and supporting sales and marketing when a product goes to market.

The company builds an AI-powered platform that brings finance, risk and sustainability data together for large organizations. This is a highly visible position.

Responsibilities

  • Learn what customers struggle with across each taxonomy group, then shape simple, scalable solutions aimed at growing acquisition and retention and cutting churn.
  • Own the roadmap for several complex products or platforms, review progress regularly using data and refine the long-term plans.
  • Work with engineering, product design, sales and product marketing so that technical feasibility, customer experience and go-to-market plans line up.
  • Turn the product vision into story maps, operational roadmaps and feature specifications that keep multidisciplinary teams in step.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications
  • You have 10+ years of product management experience with growing responsibility and a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • You have taken a product from first concept to public launch, including go-to-market work, positioning and enabling cross-functional teams.
  • You have defined and led product vision and strategy in Agile settings with several cross-functional teams.
  • Preferred qualifications
  • Preferred: an MBA or equivalent business acumen.
  • Preferred: you can judge technical feasibility with engineering leads working on microservices (Java, Go, Python, Kotlin), modern frontend stacks (TypeScript, React), cloud and infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes), or data and AI platforms (Snowflake, Kafka, RAG/GenAI).
  • Preferred: you have deep command of quantitative product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel or Pendo, qualitative discovery methods, and structured prioritization such as RICE or Kano across distributed enterprise business units.
  • Preferred: you have launched enterprise or SaaS products.
  • Preferred: you can act as a platform-level thought leader who influences engineering, design, security and go-to-market teams.

Conditions
