Principal Product Manager, Enterprise AI

The Enterprise AI Engineering Team works across the US and India on applied AI products and the platform foundations that make secure AI workable at enterprise scale.

The role sits in Technology, Data & Intelligence, where the team uses its own AI-powered products first and feeds what it learns into the company's market offerings.

You will manage AI-native enterprise products from early experiments (0→1) through to company-wide capabilities (1→N).

Responsibilities

• Find and test new AI use cases from the start.
• Build and launch AI-native experiences such as agents, copilots, and workflow automation.
• Turn proven products into reliable, reusable capabilities that can scale.
• Set quality measures, assess AI performance, and drive adoption.
• Work with IT, HR, Finance, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable business results.
• Balance quick experimentation with disciplined execution.

Requirements

• 10+ years in product management, including 2+ years shipping AI or ML products in production.
• A record of taking products from idea to MVP to broad adoption.
• Hands-on experience building AI products with LLMs, agents, or RAG.
• A clear grasp of what AI can do and how to apply it to real problems.
• Judgment on when to experiment and when to standardize, balancing speed with quality.
• Experience designing AI evaluation frameworks and measuring quality.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the ability to tell a clear story.
• User empathy and the skill to turn complex workflows into simple experiences.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with responsible AI principles and enterprise compliance.
• Nice-to-have: understanding of AI operating economics, including cost, latency, and quality tradeoffs.
• Nice-to-have: experience with agentic system design.

Conditions

Base salary for San Francisco Bay Area candidates is $210,000 to $289,000 USD per year.

Base salary for candidates in California outside the Bay Area, Colorado, Illinois, New York, and Washington is $188,000 to $258,000 USD per year.

Actual pay depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.

Onboarding is in person.

The company has more than 20 offices worldwide.

New York City applicants may be assessed with automated employment decision tools under NYC Local Law 144.
