  • Assess and bring in new software technologies, such as Generative AI frameworks (LLMs, RAG, LangGraph, Knowledge Graphs, ADK, A2A).
  • Design, build and validate microservices and cloud-native systems that run across public cloud, datacenter and edge environments.
  • Help shape architecture decisions so solutions meet targets for scale, performance, security and reliability.
  • Work closely with internal customers, technical leads and business stakeholders to match new technology to strategic goals.
  • Run research spikes, proofs of concept and experiments to test feasibility and trade-offs.
  • Write high-quality code with AI-assisted tools such as GitHub CoPilot, following solid practices for testing, validation, CI/CD and observability.
  • Mentor team members at all levels and share knowledge on advanced software and AI topics.
  • Handle several parallel projects in a changing setting with frequent context switches.

Requirements

  • Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, AI/ML or a related technical field.
  • Typically have 10-15 years of software development experience, with at least 3-5 years on cloud-native and AI/ML systems.
  • Program strongly in Python and have worked with ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow and Transformers.
  • Understand distributed systems, microservices and event-driven architectures well.
  • Have hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs and cloud-native application development.
  • Have built Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, LangGraph or similar frameworks.
  • Have working knowledge of vector databases, graph, NoSQL and RDBMS systems.
  • Have deployed cloud solutions on AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Understand AI governance, security alignment and responsible AI principles.
  • Work well in Agile teams using Scrum or Kanban.
  • Have contributed to large-scale cloud service development environments.
  • Preferred: experience with multi-agent systems and agent orchestration frameworks.
  • Preferred: knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server development.
  • Preferred: understanding of Google ADK and A2A protocol implementations.
  • Preferred: knowledge graph design, construction and querying.
  • Preferred: familiarity with ML Ops tools such as MLflow, Weights & Biases and LangSmith.
