  • Collaborate across a group of strong recruiters, encouraging an inclusive, motivating and empowering environment.
  • Use recruiting data to give executive leadership and HR partners timely updates on progress and hiring results.
  • Look past direct applications by using search engines, career sites, recruiting events, networking groups and other creative sourcing methods to reach the strongest candidates in the market.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
  • At least 3 years in recruiting, in human resources, in client consulting, or a mix of these.
  • Preferred: Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification.
  • Preferred: 4+ years in corporate recruiting covering the full lifecycle, research and sourcing.
  • Preferred: 2+ years advising several hiring managers at once while building strong working relationships with them and their teams.
  • Preferred: ability to influence and deliver results in a fast-moving setting.
  • Preferred: skill with creative techniques for attracting and recruiting diverse talent.
  • Preferred: experience with compensation and general HR matters as they relate to hiring.
