Platform Owner IT Support, ITSM & ServiceNow Platform (m./f./div.)

Responsibilities

• Lead IT support services, ITSM processes and the ServiceNow platform so that service delivery is standardised, efficient and able to scale.
• Run the global IT Service Desk, keeping service quality high and driving ongoing improvement.
• Set the direction for the ServiceNow product and platform, including its roadmap and governance, and make minor admin or configuration changes when needed.
• Maintain ITIL-based ITSM processes that fit the company's needs and deliver measurable business value.
• Turn business needs into solutions by working with stakeholders, IT colleagues and external partners on service management capabilities and ServiceNow.
• Oversee an offshore supplier and development team through SLAs, KPIs, roadmap and service reviews, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Hold the ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• Hold ITIL Foundation certification.
• Have 5+ years of experience in product owner or ITSM leadership roles.
• Have experience managing offshore sourcing vendors.
• Manage stakeholders and suppliers effectively.
• Communicate clearly and confidently in English.
