Description

The company's Global Human Resources group needs enterprise-scale workforce data turned into clear, usable insights for senior leaders. This is a hands-on analytics role covering data transformation, visualization and modeling, and it includes working closely with HR and business leaders so that the findings lead to real decisions.

The role carries an Assistant Vice President title.

Responsibilities

  • Find new ways to use current and emerging tools, such as GenAI assistants (e.g., Copilot) and data lakehouses (e.g., Databricks), to speed up analysis, surface new findings and improve workflows for leadership-level reporting.
  • Combine large, global, multi-source datasets with differing structures into one consistent data model.
  • Use advanced machine learning, including regression modeling, to identify and measure what drives employee behavior and outcomes.
  • Build executive-ready dashboards, visualizations and models in Tableau and Power BI, testing them before release, so they turn data into findings for business partners.
  • Take analytical work from problem definition through data preparation, modeling, visualization and executive communication.
  • Make sure dashboards and models are statistically sound, scale well, and match what business partners need for decisions and the company's strategy.
  • Turn vague, non-routine requests into concrete steps with little guidance, adjusting as priorities change while keeping analysis rigorous and data quality high.
  • Explain results and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leaders, briefly and persuasively.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business analytics or a related field.
  • At least 5 years in data analytics, business analytics or an advanced reporting role.
  • Advanced skill in Tableau or Power BI, including building and publishing complex dashboards.
  • Substantial hands-on work with large datasets in data warehouses or data lake environments such as Databricks.
  • Experience applying statistical techniques, such as regression, to real business problems.
  • Working knowledge of R or Python for statistical modeling and SQL for complex queries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive presentations.
  • Experience working with senior leaders to turn analytical findings into action.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present complex analysis clearly and concisely.
  • Preferred: experience in HR, people analytics or workforce domains, or in similar areas covering human behavior, organizational outcomes or operational decisions.
  • Preferred but not required: familiarity with HR metrics and KPIs such as attrition, hiring, mobility and workforce planning.

Conditions

Base pay range: $80,000 to $140,000 per year.

The range applies to the primary location listed. If the work would be done outside that location, the range may differ.

Benefits are described on the company's HR portal, which is linked in the posting.

Equal opportunity and legal notice: it is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or give a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment, and employers who break this law face criminal penalties and civil liability.

Benefits

  • Retirement savings plan (401k) with company match.
  • Insurance: basic life, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, and optional additional coverage.
  • Paid time off covering vacation, sick leave, short-term disability and family care.
  • Employee Assistance Program access.
  • Eligibility for annual performance-based incentive awards, excluding certain sales roles under sales incentive plans.
  • Eligibility for certain tax-advantaged savings plans.
  • Inclusive development opportunities, flexible work-life support, paid volunteer days and employee networks.
