Ops/Developer Platform Engineer

Description

The company builds high-performance, low-power generative AI inference systems, combining custom silicon, hardware and software for hyperscaler and neocloud data center customers.

It is a funded startup with offices in Sunnyvale, CA and Munich, Germany, and team members working remotely across North America and Europe.

The team builds software on a scalable, high-throughput internal developer platform covering continuous integration, ML workflow orchestration, developer environments and internal developer services.

You will join the DevOps and MLOps team, with the main focus on improving and running that internal developer platform.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and build CI pipelines and supporting infrastructure for the monorepo.
• Maintain and improve the setup for cloud development and build environments.
• Maintain and build internal developer services written in Rust.
• Manage and tune the company's GCP cloud infrastructure.
• Build and maintain agentic workflows and internal agentic platforms.

Requirements

• Experience with modern Rust or another modern programming language, along with solid software engineering practices.
• Experience with Python to support ML infrastructure and training workflows.
• Experience with Flyte.

Conditions

Preferred: experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform.

Preferred: prior experience with GCP.

Preferred: experience with Kubernetes and related technologies.

Preferred: general knowledge of Git concepts.
