OneSource Data Analyst

Description

The company has been advancing science for more than 80+ years and sells scientific solutions to commercial, government, academic and healthcare customers.

The team delivers its analytical solutions and service line, and this role keeps customer and company data complete, accurate and easy to reach.

You will work with other data specialists, pull figures, write reports from what you find, and track KPIs to show whether business initiatives are working.

Responsibilities

• Read data sets, apply statistical methods to the results, and send regular reports.
• Set up data collection tools, analytics methods and approaches that make statistical work faster and more reliable.
• Gather data from primary and secondary sources and keep databases and data systems in working order.
• Spot and examine trends or patterns in complicated data.
• Review computer reports, printouts and performance indicators to find and fix code errors, and clean up data.
• Agree priorities with management based on business and information needs.
• Find and define opportunities to improve processes.

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of data models, data mining, segmentation techniques and data cleaning.
• Hands-on experience with reporting tools, databases such as SQL, and ETL frameworks.
• Strong analysis skills: you collect, organize, analyze and share large volumes of information with care and accuracy.
• Good at writing queries, building reports and presenting findings.
• English at minimum B2/C1 level, written and spoken.
• Preferred: proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
• Preferred: experience with data visualization software, ideally Power BI.
• Preferred: working knowledge of SAP or a similar ERP system.
• Preferred: experience with Alteryx or similar software.
• Preferred: experience in a service organization.
• Preferred: strong written and verbal communication.
• Preferred: ability to picture a problem, map out steps and put processes in place.
• Preferred: a drive to act quickly, get results, handle hard problems with firm deadlines and push for positive change.

Conditions

Based in Poland, working in a hybrid model.

Hybrid work from the Krakow office at Quattro Business Park, with 3 days a week in the office.
