Description

You will be a senior designer on the New Business team at the company's New York office, in the Creative function, Design subfunction. You will help make everything the department produces look polished, from first concept through revisions.

You will work alongside the other disciplines to meet and exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Build PowerPoint, Keynote or Google Slides decks on tight turnarounds.
  • Keep outbound and internal materials visually consistent across decks, custom micro-sites, print, email and signage.
  • Help organize files and manage version control across servers and Microsoft Teams channels.
  • Juggle several overlapping timelines, some of which run outside normal business hours.
  • Produce e-newsletters, interactive micro-sites, simple motion graphics and presentation animations.
  • Work with business leaders on revisions to 100+ page presentations, spotting and raising issues early and professionally.
  • Design logos for teams within the company.
  • Turn complex org structures and strategy concepts into clear visuals.
  • Comp and vectorize client assets in Photoshop and generative AI tools.
  • Export and compress PDF files.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional design experience, ideally on new business deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience with PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat and Figma in a Mac environment.
  • You must be able to take a project from concept to completion and meet tight deadlines.
  • You must be a self-starter who can turn a brief and notes into action without being told each step.
  • You must be detail-oriented and results-driven, and able to handle several projects at once.

Conditions

You must live in or be willing to relocate to the New York Tristate area, unless your manager and the Human Resources team agree otherwise.

This is a hybrid role with three days in the office per week, and more if your agency or manager directs it, to the extent local law allows.

Pay range: 105K-115K. Actual pay depends on factors including current and former pay in the role, market rates for the discipline, budget, tenure for current employees, and your background, relevant experience and qualifications.

Your duties may extend beyond this description.
