Murex Workflows Developer

Description

The team is looking for a Murex Workflows Developer to work on Murex back office projects.

The role needs more than 3 years of experience in Murex workflow development and projects, with working knowledge of Contract, Event, Exchange and Deliverables workflows.

Murex version 3.1 is used, and the work requires generic knowledge of financial products and fluent English at B2+/C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Murex workflows across the full trade lifecycle, using MXML tasks and data dictionary formulas.
• Write formulas in XSL, XSLT, XSLTREE, SQL, XMLF and Java.
• Connect Murex with upstream and downstream platforms.
• Set up static data and its workflows in Murex, covering SSIs, counterparts and securities.
• Configure OSP and STP rights, and manage configuration for workflow objects.
• Work with Pre-Trade logic written in Murex Scripting Language.
• Automate processes with Unix shell scripts, Java, Python, SQL and PL/SQL, and schedule jobs in Control-M.

Requirements

• Have more than 3 years of experience in Murex workflow development and projects.
• Be a Murex back office specialist with experience on Contract, Event, Exchange and Deliverables workflows.
• Understand financial products generally and the full trade lifecycle in Murex well.
• Know MXML services, Murex's Workflows module, and how different MXML tasks are used in workflow development.
• Work with Murex version 3.1.
• Speak English at B2+/C1 level.
• Have intermediate Spanish.
• Know XML, Unix shell scripting (KornShell, Bash), Java, Python, SQL and PL/SQL.
