Member of Technical Staff (MTS)

Description

The company is building an AI copilot for architects and engineers that speeds up construction documentation.

It works with leading architecture firms to make production smoother and documentation higher quality.

Responsibilities

• Use state-of-the-art LLMs and VLMs to build agentic workflows for 3D CAD and documentation.
• Apply frontier models to real customer problems where ML research meets AEC work.
• Build agentic systems that reason over 2D and 3D data with LLMs and VLMs.
• Connect the product to industry tools such as Autodesk Revit, Bluebeam, Procore, and others.
• Work with architects, engineers, and product staff to learn CAD workflows and turn them into AI-first systems.
• Rapidly prototype and refine LLMs for geometry generation, drafting, and construction documentation.

Requirements

• Product or engineering experience building products where AI is central.
• A proven record of turning unclear problems into reliable, efficient solutions.
• Self-directed and resourceful, with an interest in building something new from zero at an early stage. Previous startup experience preferred.

Conditions

Fully in person, 5 days a week, at the SF office next to Salesforce Tower.
