The company offers a single non-invasive visit, under an hour, that pairs proprietary technology with direct clinical care to produce personalised, actionable insights.
Its aim is to make data-driven preventative care reachable for more people before symptoms show up, rather than treating illness once it arrives.
The team works to a 10x ambition, not incremental 10% gains, and is building a future where prevention is standard.
The company is expanding how its clinicians and operators learn, and is hiring a Learning & Development designer to lead that work.
You will bring clinical subject knowledge into learning that works, from curriculum design through to virtual practice environments built alongside Engineering.
Learning content is currently produced in spare moments between other work, and the same material often exists in several versions. This is a builder role, because the curriculum, asset library and production process still need to be created.
Responsibilities
Create curriculum and programmes for every clinical group the company serves, with learning objectives stated as observable performance.
Produce e-learning, video, job aids and facilitator guides in modules, so a protocol change edits one part instead of requiring a full rebuild.
Manage the asset library, including its taxonomy and decisions on when content is retired.
Specify what virtual practice environments must teach, and check that Engineering's build delivers it.
Build rubrics, checklists and observation tools that two assessors can apply with the same result.
Draw knowledge out of clinicians and operators, and shadow clinical teams so your designs match real practice.
Judge whether learning changed practice using assessment and quality data rather than completion rates, then refine or retire what is not working.
Run the learning systems and keep an auditable training record for each clinician and operator, including the protocol version they were trained on.
Requirements
3+ years in instructional or learning design, owning design decisions rather than production alone, with a portfolio of products you built.
3+ years applying adult learning and competency-based design, and able to justify why a design choice serves the objective.
3+ years producing e-learning, video and written materials with current industry tools.
3+ years designing assessments, including rubrics and observation instruments, not only knowledge checks.
3+ years working with subject matter experts to make their knowledge accurate and learnable.
2+ years writing requirements for a technical team and carrying them through to a working product.
2+ years working with learning platforms, including how content is packaged, delivered and tracked, and learning a new platform quickly. The company uses Sana.
Practical and curious, quick to prototype: you would put a rough version in front of 10 learners next week rather than a polished one in three months, and you build things others can maintain.
Experience in healthcare, medical devices or another regulated setting where content is reviewed before release.
Experience designing simulation or scenario-based learning, including the debrief.
Experience designing for localisation and accessibility in digital learning.
Direct experience with Sana or a similar AI-powered learning platform.
A qualification in instructional design, learning technology or education.
