Description

The company runs an AI-powered global work platform that lets businesses hire, pay and manage staff in more than 185 countries, backed by over ten years of compliance work and local know-how.

This is a marketing manager role on the EMEA team in London, reporting to the Principal Marketing Manager. It is hands-on and fast-moving, suited to someone who can start contributing quickly in a high-growth setting.

You will help deliver the go-to-market plan across EMEA, with growth in French and German-speaking markets as the main priority. The work spans events and campaigns, mixing daily execution with an understanding of the wider business goals.

French or German skills are strongly preferred, since you will support localisation and regional outreach in those markets.

Responsibilities

  • Help shape and localise go-to-market plans for France and Germany, tailoring messages, content and campaigns to each local audience.
  • Run joined-up regional campaigns across several channels aimed at awareness, consideration and conversion.
  • Work with the wider marketing team on EMEA-wide projects so regional nuance is built in, and work with the partnerships team on partner-led campaigns.
  • Support demand generation and pipeline growth by lining up field activity with marketing and sales targets.
  • Keep up with regional market trends, competitors and customer insights to guide strategy and campaign direction.
  • Build and deliver a regional events programme covering conferences, expos, virtual summits, hosted dinners, VIP roundtables and small closing events, timed to sales pipeline and buying cycles.
  • Own each event from start to finish, including logistics, vendors, budget tracking and post-event reporting.
  • Create pre-event promotion across email, social and paid channels to drive sign-ups and engagement.
  • Test new event formats such as hybrid, interactive and digital, and refine them to improve the prospect and customer experience.
  • Review event results such as attendance, lead quality and pipeline influence, and use them to plan what comes next.
  • Work closely with sales on lead handover, follow-up and pipeline tracking after events.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, with clear, proven work in events and field marketing.
  • Fluency or strong proficiency in French or German (strongly preferred).
  • A record of delivering high-quality events and campaigns in a fast-growing, fast-paced company.
  • Experience contributing to go-to-market strategy and an understanding of how marketing drives revenue.
  • Strong project management: you can juggle several priorities, hit deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • A data-minded approach, comfortable using event and campaign metrics to judge performance and improve future work.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills across marketing, sales and external partners.
  • Familiarity with virtual and hybrid event platforms (e.g. Hopin, Zoom Webinars), marketing tools (e.g. Inflection, Salesforce, Looker, Canva) and project tools (e.g. Asana, Slack).
  • A self-starter who takes ownership, acts quickly and brings creativity to every brief.
  • Experience in EOR, HR tech, workforce management or a related SaaS setting.
  • Knowledge of the HR and finance buyer landscape in France, Germany or wider EMEA.
  • Experience working with external agencies (creative, PR, events or media) on campaigns and activations.

Conditions

Based in London.

You must be willing to travel across EMEA as needed, particularly for events, market visits and key partner or customer meetings.

Hiring decisions are based on qualifications, merit and business needs, without discrimination on any legally protected basis.

Benefits

  • Flexible time off.
  • Parental leave.
  • Health and dental insurance, where available, covering you and your family.
  • Retirement savings plan and an employee incentive plan.
