Description

The team is the AI center of excellence for a large bank and builds and deploys machine learning systems that reach more than 27 million people, helping them meet their financial goals.

The work covers deep learning, generative AI, time series forecasting, and responsible AI, with access to very large financial datasets and regular collaboration with leading academic researchers.

The team aims to stay at the frontier of machine learning across research, engineering, and practical applications.

You will tackle hard machine learning problems on real data across several formats, including banking transactions, conversation transcripts, and large document collections.

The team is made up of AI developers who have a strong record of shipping advanced solutions and who share knowledge with each other.

Interviews are scheduled with candidates the team wants to meet, and outcomes are shared by email or phone.

  • Care about good software design and pay close attention to code and API details.
  • Take real pride in building robust, scalable software.
  • Be highly accountable and take strong ownership of your work.
  • Communicate clearly and with empathy.
