Sign Up to ReadThe company was founded in 2023 by machine learning researchers from MIT and Harvard Medical School. It is building an AI layer that pulls accurate, scalable information out of medical records. Its LLM-based platform handles chart review across use cases; the first product speeds up clinical registry abstraction in surgery, cardiology and oncology.
The team is early-stage, and the hires made now will help shape the company's next phase. The founding group combines machine learning, UI/UX, large language models and medicine.
The company is looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to work from its Boston or NYC office. You will design, build and ship scalable ML software for large healthcare problems, working alongside software engineers, research scientists and product teams on ML-native enterprise platforms focused on scalability, efficiency and reliability.
Engineers meet in person regularly at the NYC or Boston office. Engineers based in Boston, NYC or elsewhere on the East Coast are welcome.
Pay is expected to be $210,000-250,000 per year, plus stock options. Final pay depends on experience, fit and candidate location, and the range may change over time. Candidates whose pay expectations are above the range should still apply, as exceptions are considered.
Candidates who do not meet every requirement are encouraged to apply.
The company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes diverse perspectives.
