Description

The role leads Design-to-Value (DtV) work that makes products more competitive, adds customer value and raises profitability across a global business line.

You will shape product strategy with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, run cost improvement programs and influence decisions along the value chain.

The position includes leading projects such as New Product Introductions (NPI) and Product Transfer (ToP), with a direct effect on revenue growth and margin.

The team is part of a company that works on cleaner energy and digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the DtV methodology in the assigned business line, leading cross-functional project teams and keeping work aligned with established processes, standards, tools and best practices.
• Own the DtV roadmap and make sure initiatives are delivered on time and improve customer value and offering profitability.
• Work closely with the Global Product Group and key stakeholders to deliver DtV projects that grow revenue and improve margin.
• Spot project challenges and opportunities, help develop solutions and manage risks to keep projects on track.
• Lead transfer price calculation and upkeep, and drive cost tracking and transparency across the business line.
• Coordinate Transfer of Products (ToP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives across the department.
• Champion cost improvement programs and oversee Relex reporting to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing, manufacturing and supplying GIB/GIL products.
• Experience applying cost and value optimization methods such as Design-to-Value (DtV).
• Proven project management experience. A certification from a recognized body such as PMI is an advantage.
• Strong business acumen and an understanding of the value creation chain.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
• Fluent English.

Conditions

Full-time position based in Sevlievo, Gabrovo, Bulgaria.
