Analyse, structure, and document complex business and technical requirements, producing clear, comprehensive, and traceable requirements documentation to support major procurement and technology programmes.

Translate business objectives into well-defined requirements, user stories, functional specifications, and supporting artefacts that provide clarity for procurement, solution design, and delivery.

Challenge assumptions, identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and conflicting requirements, and work with stakeholders to reach consensus and drive decisions forward.

Work closely with architects, engineers, product teams, and delivery managers to ensure requirements are understood, feasible, and appropriately reflected in proposed solutions.

Support requirements validation, acceptance criteria definition, test planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring proposed solutions meet agreed business needs.

Apply technical understanding to assess system capabilities, integrations, data flows, and solution constraints, contributing to informed analysis and decision-making across a range of technology projects.
