Description

The company runs a customer engagement platform that helps brands deliver personalised, cross-channel experiences, and it is growing quickly around the world.

The team works with high standards, teamwork, balance, autonomy, accountability and openness to new ideas. The company is headquartered in New York, with offices in Austin, Berlin, Bucharest, Chicago, Dubai, Jakarta, London, Paris, San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Seoul, Sydney and Tokyo.

This is the Lead Technical Program Manager, Customer POCs role in the Solutions organization. You will own the process, governance and resourcing model that decide how customer Proof of Concepts are scoped, staffed and run.

Your aim is to make sure every Solutions Consultant running a POC has a clear playbook, the right resources and a structured route to a technical win.

This is an individual contributor role focused on program design and operations. You will set standards, cadence and tooling for POC delivery and use data to improve the program, rather than managing any single customer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Define the end-to-end POC method, including intake criteria, standard timelines and success and exit criteria, that consultants use to scope and run each POC.
  • Build and maintain the resourcing and capacity-planning model that matches POC demand to technical talent across regions, and flag capacity gaps to the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Run the recurring intake, status and review cadence for all active POCs, so Sales and Solutions Consulting leaders can see progress and risk without running each engagement themselves.
  • Design the risk and escalation process for scope creep, resourcing gaps and technical blockers, and step in only on the highest-risk POCs.
  • Create and maintain reusable POC playbooks, templates and tools for field use, to improve consistency and speed across regions.
  • Own POC program metrics, including volume, cycle time, win rate and resourcing utilization, and report trends and recommendations to the AVP, Global Technical Consulting.
  • Work with Product and Engineering to pass on recurring POC blockers and feature gaps, and work with Sales and Solutions Consulting on demand forecasting.
  • Use program data to find bottlenecks and adjust process, staffing and tooling to lift program-wide win rates and shorten cycle time.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in technical program management, solutions consulting operations or a similar B2B SaaS role.
  • Proven experience designing, scaling or running a technical program, such as POCs, pilots or technical evaluations, across many engagements at once rather than running individual ones.
  • Solid program management skills: scoping, milestone tracking, resource planning and risk management.
  • Enough understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, SDKs and data integrations to scope and sequence technical work. You do not need to build the solution yourself.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to align Sales, Solutions Consulting, Engineering and customer stakeholders on one plan.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including experience reporting program health to leadership.
  • PMP, CSM or an equivalent program or project management certification is a plus.

Conditions

For candidates based in the United States, the starting base pay is expected to be between $94,000 and $147,000 per year, with expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $113,000 and $177,000 per year, including bonus or commission.

The exact offer depends on factors such as market location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience.

The role includes a broader Total Rewards package beyond cash pay, with equity grants of restricted stock units (RSUs).

The role follows hybrid ways of working.

Candidates who do not meet 100% of the criteria are still encouraged to apply.

Equal opportunity is part of how the company works, and AI tools help with screening and admin, but recruiters make all hiring decisions.
