Responsibilities

• Lead software projects from start to finish.
• Guide junior and mid-level engineers with technical direction and mentoring.
• Design, build, and maintain software applications from business and technical requirements.
• Solve complex technical problems and improve software performance and features.
• Take part in the daily SCRUM, make technical decisions, and keep SCRUM boards and tasks updated until they are marked "Done".
• Work with other company teams to make sure software meets user needs and business goals.
• Set up and oversee how software development processes and code are documented.
• Keep up with new technology trends and bring suitable tools and methods into your work.
• Work with business analysts and engineers to propose suitable technical solutions.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, plus at least 5 years of full-stack development experience.
• At least 5 years of software development, preferably on a Microsoft platform.
• At least 5 years working with a DBMS such as SQL Server or similar.
• Knowledge of networking and software defined networking in cloud environments.
• Experience with large-scale production systems.
• Experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting new or existing software.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or imaging CRO setting.
