Description

The company makes an AI-powered communications platform and holds unicorn status. It has been around for over a decade.

The platform brings voice, SMS and WhatsApp together with more than 250 integrations in a single workspace, so teams can turn customer conversations into revenue, faster fixes and stronger trust. Its AI Voice Agents take on routine calls while staff handle the conversations that matter most. More than 24,000 businesses use it worldwide.

The company has over 600 people from more than 40 nationalities, with offices in Paris, London, Madrid, Berlin, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Sydney and Mexico City. The culture is ambitious, product-led and focused on execution, with quick decisions and visible impact.

This is a Lead Product Marketing Manager role that owns product marketing for AI Voice Agents (AIVA). It is a technical, high-visibility position working closely with Product and Engineering, sharing ownership of the roadmap and shaping how customers, go-to-market teams and leadership describe AIVA.

You will own the early-stage work: positioning, ideal customer profile, core messaging, and enough technical depth to represent AIVA credibly to leadership and the market. Success is measured by market awareness of AIVA and net-new pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Build the external story for AIVA, including thought leadership, and launch it in a way that influences how the industry defines this category.
  • Share ownership of the AIVA roadmap with Product and Engineering. Stay close enough to the team to understand technical trade-offs and turn them into market strategy.
  • Own core messaging and align cross-functional teams on what is said, why, and where it appears, including the website, sales deck and customer emails.
  • Report strategy and progress to the leadership team, and be the go-to person for a clear picture of where AIVA stands and where it is going.
  • Speak with customers and prospects about how they evaluate and adopt AIVA, and use those insights to sharpen positioning.
  • Learn the product hands-on before writing any messaging: read the docs, use the API, study the technology and turn it into a competitive edge.
  • Turn positioning and narrative into launches, campaigns and larger go-to-market moments.
  • Lead AIVA's presence in competitive and market analysis, keeping the story current as the space changes.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product marketing experience, with real depth on a technical B2B SaaS product.
  • Able to work through technical product detail and understand how AIVA works, not only what it does.
  • Genuine interest in AI, including how models function, how the stack is changing, and why it matters to builders.
  • A track record of influencing senior leaders and explaining strategy clearly at that level.
  • Experience working nearly every day with Product Management and Engineering, ideally co-owning roadmap decisions.
  • Strong narrative and positioning skills: you can define an ICP, write core messaging and turn technical capability into a market story.
  • AI fluency: you build repeatable AI workflows rather than one-off prompts, and you know when to trust, challenge or override output. You measure success by better work, not more AI activity.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace, in a product that keeps changing.
  • Strong communicator and storyteller who adjusts the message for leadership, customers and sales.
